CWallet, short for "C Wallet Services WLL," is an award-winning Fintech startup licensed by Qatar Central Bank, headquartered in Doha, Qatar. We offer financial services to low-income and high-volume customers, as well as individuals and establishments preferring cashless transactions.
CWallet offers the following services:
To open a CWallet account, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid QID (Qatar ID), and have a local mobile number.
Verification of your CWallet account is typically completed automatically within a few minutes, provided you pass all the necessary checks mandated by Qatar Central Bank. If, for any reason, you don't pass the initial verification, the process will not exceed 24 hours
currently CWallet registration is only available within Qatar. This limitation is in compliance with the Payment Services Provider (PSP) regulations set by Qatar Central Bank.
Each individual with a valid QID and mobile number can have only one CWallet account.
Registering for the service is free. However, nominal transaction fees apply for local and international transfers. For detailed information on charges and fees, please refer to the Charges & Fees Guide
At present, you can top-up your CWallet account using any local debit card issued by Qatar's banks. This can be done through the CWallet Mobile App. Soon, we will introduce additional top-up methods, such as ATMs and authorized agents.
You can send money to any individual with a local wallet authorized by Qatar Mobile Payment of Qatar Central Bank. Additionally, our CWallet Remittance Services allow you to send money internationally to supported countries.
At present, you can withdraw money from your CWallet account by initiating a request through CWallet App to withdraw the money directly to any local bank account, or you can withdraw cash by visiting CWallet HQ office. In the near future, you can withdraw money from any QNB ATM or from any CWallet authorized agent.

No, there is no minimum balance required to maintain your CWallet account.
Yes, you can raise a refund ticket from CWallet against any unprocessed transaction.
Yes, you can access CWallet services from your mobile phone outside of Qatar. However, please note that roaming charges may apply for such usage.

Additionally, we employ advanced security measures that meet the requirements set by Qatar Central Bank. Our partnership with QNB guarantees compliance with the highest security standards, and we are also PCI-DSS compliant.
